Expression of interest – bubble dryer with solar panel and ventilator

The GIZ Waste & Circular Economy Project is looking to acquire five (5) bubble dryers, each equipped with a solar panel and ventilator. The dryers are to be used by agricultural cooperatives to dry their produce and reduce post-harvest losses.

Each bubble dryer will have to be installed, and future users will receive up to 10 hours of training on the correct use, operation and maintenance of the bubble dryers and its parts.

All material and parts will have a six-months warranty period.

• The supplier is requested to submit his/her offer which includes clear and complete technical specifications of proposed items (this will be the basis for technical evaluation against specifications provided) and quotation for unit price and total price for the item.
• The offer must be in PDF and the price must be in RWF and VAT excluded.
• Delivery Place: Bugesera-Nkongo-Rulambi.
• Delivery period: Please indicate your shortest delivery period.
• Payment conditions: up to 10 days after delivery and invoicing.

Your offer should be valid for 60 days and should contain the following:

• Your offer as described above
• RDB registration certificate
• VAT registration certificate
• Valid Tax clearance certificate
• Three (3) Referees or references certificates of similar tenders executed in the last 5 years.
