JOB DETAILS:

The Embassy of the United States of America in Kigali is recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Worker position. The position is open to All Interested Candidates/All Sources and available to start immediately.

Duties:
1. The Electrical Maintenance Worker works in the Facility Management section of the Embassy
2. S/he carries out scheduled and unscheduled electrical preventive maintenance and repair work to all United States Government buildings and facilities including residential owned and leased properties. Incumbent repairs malfunctioning electrical systems and ensures that all tasks are completed in accordance with applicable codes and manufacturers’ recommendations.
3. Additionally, the jobholder performs preventive maintenance by inspecting, adjusting, and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure reliable operation and uninterrupted electrical current to critical facilities.
4. Jobholder records and compiles operational data, completing and maintaining forms, logs, and reports.
