We’re looking for a dynamic, creative and flexible Kinyarwanda Dubbing Studio to expand and improve our Adaptation department. You’ll work closely with our Adaptation Consultant - Africa Great Lakes Region and ADAPTATION MANAGER to greatly help to rapidly boost production, dubbing, and overall adaptation of Ubongo’s content into Kinyarwanda and ease the workflow in adaptation in Rwanda and across the organisation as well.
We are looking for a studio and/or dubbing company that can:• audition and direct voice actors: both children and adults
• direct and record both dialogue and songs
• audio mixing and mastering of translated songs and dialogue
• dub English videos into Kinyarwanda
• accurately sync dubbed audio with the corresponding videos
• ensure translation of Kinyarwanda is accurate
• maintain the standard of Ubongo’s audio content for both dialogue and songs: energetic, rhythmic, emotive, professional, well mixed.
• Liaise with the Adaptation Manager, Adaptation Sound Engineer and Adaptation Consultant for Africa Great Lakes Region to ensure smooth process for content delivery.
• Maintain efficient communications and progress tracking systems with Ubongo.
Requirements:Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications• Essentials:
• Fluent in both English and Kinyarwanda.
• Proven experience in dubbing and/or audio and video production.
• Experience with using Google Drive and/or other online file storage systems.
• Creative, organized, flexible in project management, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred:• Passionate about Ubongo’s vision of bringing high-quality localized content to children across Africa.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent understanding of Rwanda Nursery and Primary School Curriculum implementation
