Driver
Job purpose
The Driver is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient transportation of the Chief Executive Officer and his guests and maintaining the official vehicle assigned to him/her by Britam Rwanda
Key Responsibilities
• Drive the Chief Executive Officer and his guests to approved destinations in a safe and timely manner
• Undertake routine and preventive maintenance of the Chief Executive Office’s official vehicle.
• Detect and report malfunctioning of vehicle systems
• Prepare accident and incident reports as necessary
• Assist in carrying out miscellaneous errands for the Chief Executive Officer such as paying bills.
• Assist in any other administrative work while at the office
• Ensure security and safety of vehicle and on off the road.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

The Driver will be:
• Be accountable to the Chief Executive Officer
• Liaise and work closely with the PA to the CEO as may be necessary.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with appropriate external parties.
External Relationships;
• Guests of the CEO/Britam Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications Required
• Minimum of an O level certificate
• Minimum seven (7) years relevant experience driving VIPs.
• Certificate in Automobile Mechanics.
• Clean and valid Driving License Class B & D
