Through Systems Transformation) through various specializations: Asset creation, Productive learning, Social Behavior Change, Mental Health & Physical Wellbeing and Disaster Risk Reduction.

We are seeking to hire a qualified, dedicated and experienced “DIGITAL & TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT OFFICERS ” to be based in 1 of our 7 Area Programs. The jobholder reports to the Area Program Lead.
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
The Digital and Technology Support Officer is responsible for managing and supporting FH’s digital and technology ecosystem at the Area Program (AP) and all its communities to realize value for the shareholders and investors. This position plays a key role in planning, implementing and supporting ongoing operations and projects in support of the Digital and Technology ecosystem including hardware, software, internet connectivity, and end-user support.
The role includes partnering and supporting digital development initiatives focused on using digital and technology to empower communities, improving access to resources, and enhancing the organization's impact.
MAIN KEY RESULTS
1. Enterprise IT Management
• Support in maintenance of all desktop and laptop computers at the AP level including oversight of updates for operating systems, software application and endpoint protection in coordination with the CO Digital and Support Lead.
• Manage Technology tickets from arrival to resolution for both incidents and requests in coordination with the CO Digital and Technology Lead and global support.
• Contribute to development, implementation and management of risk mitigation plans including business continuity, safety of IT assets, and disaster recovery process. Support regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Support in the implementation of lT policies and standards and monitoring their compliance. Provide regular reports to CO Digital and Technology Support Lead.
• Support alignment with IT policies, the security and confidentiality of all data managed within the enterprise and digital ecosystems.
2. Digital Solutions Management:
• Manage the installation and user support for all applications related to the AP and the digital ecosystem. Ensure the applications are correctly configured up-to-date, secure, and functioning efficiently.
• Ensure the availability, access, and effective management of FH digital devices for use by staff, volunteers, shareholders, and partners. Ensure that all authorized users have the necessary access and permissions to effectively utilize the applications.
• Provide continuous technical support to users, addressing any issues or challenges they encounter with the applications ensuring a smooth user experience. Act as the focal point for technical support ensuring that the AP teams and volunteers receive timely support and that the SLAs are met as per the standards.
• Regularly monitor and maintain the applications to ensure they are up-to-date, secure, and functioning efficiently. Implement updates as required to maintain system integrity.
• Support data processes by ensuring the availability and management of tools for data acquisition and management, enabling accurate and efficient data handling.
• Support deployments, data migrations, and ongoing upgrades and maintenance of the digital platform and tools as per the CO plan.
• Support in deployment and monitoring of Mobile Device Management ensuring that devices are appropriately configured, secured, and compliant with the standards.
3. Digital Initiatives and Projects
• Facilitate implementation of digital initiatives and projects, focused on enabling orchestration for value creation as part of the global roadmap and plans.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams in planning, implementation, and monitoring of the digital and technology initiatives and projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and value realization.
• Gather user feedback to continually assess and improve systems and processes for experience, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support in monitoring and evaluation of the impact of digital initiatives and projects, ensuring they deliver measurable development outcomes.
4. Digital for Development
• Support efforts to leverage digital tools and technologies for development purposes, fostering innovation and improvement in program delivery.
• Champion the use of innovative digital approaches within the organization, encouraging a culture of experimentation and creativity in how programs are designed and executed.
• Provide training and support to staff, volunteers, shareholders and partners to ensure they are equipped to use digital tools and devices effectively in their roles, in fostering community transformation and greater engagement and competency in the digital ecosystem.
• Continuously assess and develop digital capabilities within the team, fostering an environment of learning and technological proficiency.
• Support in designing digital solutions to bridge the digital divide and that they are inclusive and co-created with the shareholders focused on value as determined by them.
5. Organizational Culture
• Promote the integration of FH’s Culture within the digital ecosystem
• Ensure that all digital initiatives align with the organization’s spiritual mission and vision.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure that digital tools and platforms contribute to the spiritual formation and development of staff, volunteers, and community members.
• Any other duty may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in MIS coordination, digital ecosystem management, and device management, preferably within an INGO or non-profit organization.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing M&E frameworks and conducting data analysis for program evaluation.
• Proven experience with digital tool selection, integration, and management.
OTHER ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other data management and analysis software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of device management software, digital ecosystem tools, and best practices in data security and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
