Credit Control Officer - Operations

Job Description
To ensure collection of debts
• Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure collections are done in time to ensure Debtor Days for Government and NGOs are kept below 30days
• Monitor debt balances daily.
• Reconcile accounts that have been escalated from the sales and underwriting team.
• Liaise with customers, underwriters, and sales team to ensure collection.
• Prepare statements and reports
• Cancel debts falling beyond credit period.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
