Reference is made to the Letter of Invitation for the recruitment of a creative agency for the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) issued on 22nd November 2024. ICPAR would like to inform all interested bidders that the deadline for bids submission which was initially 6th December 2024 is extended up to 13th December 2024.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled to take place on 10th December 2025 at 10:00 am at ICPAR office, in the boardroom.
