Consultancy to develop Small and Medium Enterprises' financial literacy program

The National Bank of Rwanda hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their proposals for the consultancy to develop Small and Medium Enterprises - MSMEs financial literacy program. The consulting firm is expected to produce a report on the status of MSMEs financial literacy and financial management and develop a program on financial literacy and financial management.
The request for proposals may be obtained from Procurement Division of the National Bank of Rwanda upon request using following email: procurement@bnr.rw
