The request for proposals may be obtained from Procurement Division upon presentation of payment proof of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000) to Account n° 1266500010001 named "BNR Current Account" opened at National Bank of Rwanda.

The technical proposals shall be accompanied by a bid security of an amount indicated in the request for proposal in Rwandan Francs or equivalent in a convertible currency.

Well-printed proposals, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original, must reach the Procurement Division of BNR, KN 6 Avenue, 4, second floor not later than 16th May 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at National Bank of Rwanda on the same date at 10:30 am local time. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened. All envelopes should clearly indicate the tender title and the name of bidder.
