The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from ordinary budget, towards the cost of Consultancy Services to review the King Faisal hospital, Rwanda (KFH, R) Procurement manual and elaborate standard bidding documents. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which these Terms of reference are issued.

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda now solicits proposals to provide the following services: Consultancy Services to review the KFH,R Procurement manual and elaborate standard bidding documents. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference available in King Faisal hospital, Rwanda (KFH, R) Procurement Office, www.kfh.rw

Participation is open on equal conditions to all qualified and interested Individual Consultants. Well printed proposals in envelops, properly bound and presented in one original and two copies, must reach to the Procurement Department at King Faisal hospital, Rwanda (KFH, R) at the address mentioned above not later than 14th December 2023 at 2:00 pm local time. Late proposals will be rejected.

Proposals will be opened in the presence of Consultants or their representatives who choose to attend at the above address on the same date from 2:30 pm local time. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.

The best selected consultant will be invited to submit financial proposal and negotiate contract.

A Consultant will be selected under Individual Consultancy (IC) and procedures described in this ToRs in accordance with the King Faisal hospital, Rwanda (KFH, R) Procurement Procedure of 2014.
