REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Subject: Consultancy Services for translation of Articles of Association of COPEDU PLC

COPEDU PLC is a Public Limited Company licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda to operate as a Microfinance Institution, registered in the office of the General Registrar with Company Code 100544626, P.O. Box 4053 Kigali.

COPEDU PLC is seeking for expression of interest from qualified consultant companies for translation services of Articles of Association of COPEDU PLC from English version into Kinyarwanda and French versions. The Articles of Association has 63 articles on 20 pages and were drafted in accordance with the Law governing companies N° 007/2021 of 05/02/2021 as amended to date and Regulation N^o 58/2023 of 27/03/2023 establishing requirements on corporate governance for deposit-taking microfinance institutions. Therefore, the said law and regulation will be very useful in translation process.

Interested consultant companies must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform translation service by submitting detailed company profile including at least 3 years in translation of legal documents, completion certificates or contracts proving the experience having qualified staff in legal and related languages will be an added advantage.

Only shortlisted companies will provide financial proposals.

Expression of interest must be delivered to the Head office of COPEDU PLC, not later than May 17, 2024, at 03:00 PM
