King Faisal Hospital, Kigali is a multi-specialty quaternary Hospital with a mandate to provide a range of specialized health care in East and Central Africa.

Letter of Invitation (LOI) NO: 013/C/RFP/22/KFH.
The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from (Insert the name(s), of the Funding agency) towards the cost of conducting the Consultancy Services for a Salary and Benefits Survey for King Faisal Hospital staff. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.
King Faisal Hospital Rwanda now solicits proposals to provide the following consulting services: Consultancy Services for a Salary and Benefits Survey for King Faisal Hospital staff. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No. 00289-06969456-38 opened at Bank of Kigali;

Well printed proposals, technical and financial in separate envelops, properly bound and presented in one original and three copies each, must reach the Procurement Department at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm local time on September 14th, 2022, Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on September 14th, 2022, 2:30 pm local time. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
A Consultant will be selected under a quality and cost method (QCBS) and procedures described in this RFP, in accordance with the KFH Procurement Procedure of 2014.
