LETTER OF INVITATION

TITLE: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR EUCL TAX HEALTH CHECK FOR THE PERIOD FROM 2018 TO 2023

SOURCE OF FUND: EUCL

Dear Mr./Ms.

1. The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (hereinafter called "Client") has funds towards the cost of preparation of Consultancy Services for EUCL Tax Health check for the period from 2018 to 2023. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.

2. Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) hereby invites eligible consultancy firms to submit proposals to provide the following consultancy services: Consultancy Services for EUCL Tax Health check for the period from 2018 to 2023. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.

3. A Consultant will be selected under a Least Cost Selection and procedures described in this RFP, in accordance with the REG Procurement Procedures Manual as modified and completed to date.

4. The RFP includes the following documents:

Section 1 - Letter of Invitation

Section 2 - Instructions to Consultants (including Data Sheet)

Section 3 - Technical Proposal - Standard Forms

Section 4 - Financial Proposal - Standard Forms Section 5 - Terms of Reference

Section 6 - Standard Forms of Contract

5. Please inform us in writing at the following address:

6. Well printed technical and financial proposals (in separate envelopes), properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the Procurement Unit Secretariat of EUCL Head Office to the foresaid address, in paragraph 5 not later than 22/05/2024 at 10:00 Am. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened and electronic proposals will not be considered.

7. Technical Proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend EUCL main board room on 22/05/2024 at 10:30 A.m.
