World Vision Rwanda is looking for a qualified Consultant (Firm) for Conducting Saving Group Digitalization. Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions.
Instructions to bidders:
1. All interested bidders shall express their interest on this Link latest on 22nd March 2022 at 5.00 pm (the details provided will serve to create the profile of the consultant in WVR e-procurement system “Coupa”);
2. An e-mail will be sent to all interested bidders through WVR e-procurement system (Coupa) on 22nd March 2022 by 5.00 pm. Terms of references are attached to this tender advert for your reference.
3. Please note that all tendering process and bids submission will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement (Coupa), no hard copies will be accepted.
4. All bids must be submitted only via WVR e-procurement not later than 28/03/2022 at 5.00 pm.
5. All interested bidders should pay 10,000 Rwfs to the account # 0010083813839701 labeled "WORLD VISION RWANDA" opened at "ECOBANK".
6. Technical and Financial proposal must be uploaded in the system separately (financial proposal must be in excel sheet/pdf version and protected by a password).
