Title: Constructors Pre-Qualification
World Vision International-Rwanda hereby invites competent and reputable national companies in the field of Construction. Participation to the pre-qualification is open on equal conditions for constructors {construction works}, to all national companies specialized in construction. The selected constructors for each lot will work with World Vision Rwanda for a period of two years subject to the perfomance.

1. The pre-qualifications has been divided into two lots as per below :
• Lot 1 Construction of water supply systems with small scale less than $100,000.
• Lot 2 Construction of Buildings (School Latrines, Menstrual Hygiene Rooms, and other constructions) small scale less than $100,000.
2. Interested constructors are informed that all tendering process and submissions will be done (online) through WVR e-procurement (Coupa), no hard copies will be accepted.
3. The cost of the tender document is a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwfs which must be deposited or transferred to the account 0010083813839701 labelled "WORLD VISION RWANDA" opened at "ECOBANK."
Submission Procedure4. All interested constructors must provide their details through this link “Eoi Prequalification Of Constructors”. The deadline to express interest is on 19/08/2022 at 10:00 Am.
5. After the submission of the expression of interest, World Vision team will send an email on 22/08/2022 to all interested constructors to access WVR e-procurement system (Coupa), where they will have the terms of reference including submissions’ instructions.
6. Submissions must therefore be submitted only via WVR e-procurement not later than 05/09/2022 at 05:00 pm.
7. Interested constructors who will meet challenges during the expression of interest and submission can request for support to this email:
