TENDER TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF THE BK PLC EXPO STAND BOOTH.

INVITATION TO TENDER No 44/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/04/06/2024

Bank of Kigali Plc would like to engage a service provider to build Expo booth stand at the Gikondo Expo Ground. BK hereby invites interested bidders to tender for the above services.

Terms of References (TORS) for the above mentioned works will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 28th June 2024. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 09th July 2024 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted in ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders. A site visit shall be organized for interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs, payment terms. Indicate the implementation period. Provide a proposed design for the above mentioned Expo Booth Stand and related BOQS as per the Terms of References and any other required information. Provide photos of Expo Booths previously constructed. Interested Bidders should submit their bids together with the following requirements:

-Detailed company profile

-Company registration certificate

-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

-Valid RSSB Clearance Certificate

-Performance certificates to prove similar services done elsewhere.
