TENDER TITLE: CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR THE BASKETBALL AND VOLLEYBALL PLAYGROUND AT ECOLE PRIMAIRE KURUGANDA AND ECOLE PRIMAIRE KABAYA IN MURUNDI SECTOR, AND KARONGI DISTRICT WESTERN PROVINCE.

The Tender Document may be obtained from ActionAid email: Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.org One day after submission of the bank slip of non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 00040-0043097-62 of ActionAid opened at Bank of Kigali. The tender document will be available from 21/06/2022 after submitting the bank slip on email: Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.org not later than one day after submission of the bank slip.
The mandatory site visit is planned on 05/07/2022 at 10:00. The visit will start from Murundi Sector Office in Karongi District.
Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound, and presented in 2 copies of which, an original and 1 copy in sealed envelope, to Actionaid Rwanda Head offices at Remera, KG 178 ST, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building not later 12/07/2021 at 10 :30 am. Late bids will be rejected.
The bidder with uncompleted project with ActionAid Rwanda will not be taken in consideration.
The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 11:00 AM at the Actionaid Head Office.
