1. The École Belge de Kigali (EBK, "Belgian School of Kigali" or OEPB) is an International school in Gisozi, Kigali, Rwanda. The school follows the curriculum defined by the Federation Wallonie-Bruxelles of Belgium (French speaking community). The school offers from kindergarten, elementary school and secondary school (ISCED level 0 to 3). Students are a mix of expatriates and Rwandans.
2. The Belgian School wishes to equip itself with a sports hall with multipurpose hall having badminton, volleyball, basketball courts and climbing wall. This building will have all the facilities required, for example changing rooms, toilets for both male and female. This project will be on the school plot (exterior) with 1556 square meters.
3. The objective of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to seek the services of a competent construction firm with references and capacities in execution of works for this sport hall.

Submission Procedure
4. Interested bidders shall provide their proposal sealed in an envelope written in English, suitably bound in 2 copies, clearly marked, ‘Construction of Multipurpose sport hall for Ecole belge, Kigali, Rwanda’ in sealed envelopes at the reception of the Belgian School of Kigali in Gisozi not later than 01/06/2022 at 12:00 a.m. local time.
5. Three (3) firms will be pre-selected based on their capacities and references for similar project and in accordance with the École Belge de Kigali Procurement Policy. The pre-selected firms only will receive the tender documents to provide their technical and financial proposals in order to have a signed construction’s contract not later than the 26/06/2022.
6. The bids will provide the following documents:

1. Administrative information
1. RDB Certificate of registration with board composition
2. Company profile
3. List of Directors

2. Financial Information
1. Profit and Loss Accounts for past 4 or 5 years
2. Balance Sheets for the same period
3. Bank reference with commitment to provide a bank guarantee if the firm is selected
4. Tax clearance for RRA and RSSB

3. Experience
1. List of current projects giving values, size and expected completion dates
2. List of completed projects for the past 5 years with Certificate of completion, together with values, size and completion dates.

4. Human resources
1. CV of Senior Management
2. Organizational chart of the company
3. CV of proposed Site Management personnel (Site manager, Architect, Structural Engineer, Site Engineer, MEP Engineer, QS)

5. Material resources
1. List of equipment owned by the company
2. List of vehicles and machines owned by the company
3. List of material in stock if any
