AEE Rwanda is currently implementing PEPFAR/USAID’s Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) - Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe (DREAMS) Activity (ODA - IGIRE) which is a five-year cooperative agreement with a goal of reducing vulnerability and HIV incidence among OVC and their households and adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in high HIV burden districts in Rwanda is looking for potential bidders to conduct Conduct a Gender Analysis of AEE Rwanda IGIRE UBAKA-EJO Activity,

Specifications are found in tender document. Tender document is given after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040-00047325-22 RWF / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali.
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office/Gishushu not later than November 24th 2022 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:10 am.
Bids must include: CVs of Team Leader & Team members, Technical & Financial proposal (price including Taxes), EBM Certificate, VAT certificate, RRA Tax clearance for the case of companies, Performance letter of successful completion from three companies, full address of the bidder form provided by AEE Rwanda, RSSB certificate and payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF.
