Overview
Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Rwanda (FES; http://www.fes-rwanda.org), a German nongovernmental organization (http://www.fes.de) has an office in Kigali (Registration Number: Reg. No 003/RGB/17).
First Operations have begun in 2017 and now the project is functional since 5 years.

FES office Rwanda will regularly need different catering services - i.a. for various seminars / conferences and other related occasions.
Due to internal regulations, the FES Rwanda is obliged to conduct a market study.
We are looking for tender offers from different national caterers.
It is expected that about 1 -3 catering services / months will be needed.
The duration of the framework contract is 12 months, renewable for more year.
Each tenderer can only submit one offer.
Please note that the above figures are indicative only and have no contractual value.
The actual volume of services may vary depending on the needs of FES RWANDA.

• Detailed price list of all your services;
• Short CV or information of your company;
• Reference letter(s) demonstrating the experience of the tenderer;
• Proof of the qualifications and professional experience.
