Cordaid Rwanda invites interested applicants to submit proposals for the provision of services and products. The applicant should be a company licensed to operate a business in Rwanda and should have ample demonstrated experience providing the product/service.

Service required:
• The vendor should have prior experience of rental services on large scale operations.
• Must have qualified, experienced drivers with knowledge of local roads.
• Has a variety of vehicles including sedans, vans and 4X4 vehicles.
• Own a large fleet of vehicles that can be available at short notice.
• Must be willing to work with agreed upon set prices for the services for a period that is agreed upon.
• Must be in good financial standing and able to provide services on credit.
• Vehicles must be in an excellent condition and have all appropriate insurance coverage.
Submission (date. Time) : 20th September 2022
Interested bidders may request tender documents by emailing to apollinaire.nshimiyimana@cordaid.org starting from 30th August 2022 at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on working days only. The deadline for submission is 20th September 2022. A bid should be sealed in an envelope clearly marked Pre-qualification followed by respective category number as well as district location and submitted to Cordaid Rwanda Office, Golden Plaza, 1 st Floor. KG 546 st 1, Kacyiru, Kigali-Rwanda.
The advertisement for the submission of bids shall neither be construed to be a commitment on the part of Cordaid, not shall it entitle any company to make any claim whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from Cordaid by virtue of any response to the said advertisement. Cordaid reserves the right to reject incomplete bids.
