Call for bids of Alpha-Cypermetrin

Coffee Exporters and Processors Association in Rwanda (CEPAR) through CEPAR-Fertilizer and Pesticide Fund would like to inform you that is currently looking for bids for the supply of 9,000 litres of coffee Pesticide as per the specifications enclosed.

 Below please find the details pertinent for all bidders:

Deadline for bids: May 23^th, 2024 at 10:00 am

Quantity:

• 9,000 litres to be Applied in September 2024 (Season 2025A)

Delivery Date:

• 9,000 litres on September 16, 2024

Delivery Terms:

• CIP Kigali (NAEB Warehouse)
• CIP include transport to Kigali, Insurance, Clearing to be handled by the seller

Offloading: To be covered by the supplier

Payment terms: 100% payment after delivery

Documents Comprising the Bid

The Bid shall comprise the following:

1. Bid submission letter signed by authorized signatory and stamped;
2. Copy of Trading License;
3. Original or a certified copy of the Social Security certificate for local company;
4. Detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods to be supplied establishing conformity to technical specifications provided;
5. Written confirmation authorizing the signatory of the Bid to commit the Bidder or Power of Attorney;
6. Manufacturer authorization: Manufacturer authorization shall specify availability of required pesticides (or estimated delivery date at Kigali in NAEB Warehouse, Gikondo) and exact location where the pesticide will be stored at the time of submitting the bid (pesticide stock i.e Country and town of origin) for purpose of respect delivery date 16/09/2024 at Kigali in NAEB Warehouse, Gikondo. This information must be specified in the bid document and approved by authorized signatory and stamped.
7. The financial proposal should be in Rwandan Francs (Frw) and all taxes inclusive. It must be all taxes inclusive (This information (all taxes inclusive) must also be specifically mentioned in the bid document by writing the word all taxes inclusive after amount), approved by authorized signatory and stamped.
8. Original certificate copy of the Pesticide analysis from independent laboratory approved by authorized signatory is required
9. Any other information that the bidder considers important to the award process as it may be indicated in the Bid documents.

Applications/submission should be addressed to the:

President of Managing Committee of CEPAR- Fertilizer & Pesticide fund NAEB headquarters, Gikondo, Magerwa Road.

The bidder is required to pay 10,000 Frw as a non-refundable fee to the account

N^o 00040- 00652624-41 of CEPAR- Fertiliser and Pesticide fund in the Bank of Kigali (BK).

Submission and opening session is scheduled on 23/05/2024 at 10H AM at CEPAR- Fertilizer & Pesticide fund office located in NAEB headquarters, Gikondo, Magerwa Road.

Late delivery of applications shall be rejected.
