If fundamental and structural changes should occur, it must be insured that those who will take responsibility in the future are prepared, trained and capable.

To increase the understanding of young professional and trade unionists around issues related to the world of work, labor relations and social dialogue, FES and COTRAF under the project entitled “Social Dialogue 4 Sustainable Development (SD4SD): Promoting Effective Social Dialogue, Strengthening Social Protection, and Enforcing the National and International Labour Standards in Rwanda” seek to set up a “Youth Academy” for social protection to promote decent work principles among youth professionals.
