Economic Policy Research Network (EPRN ) is an equal opportunity economic policy research platform in Rwanda bringing together key economic management institutions, individuals and organisations active in economic policy research and analysis to create a pool community for economic policy researchers through organising trainings on quantitative research methods, research coaching and mentorship, work place placements, learning tours and joint research projects to support provide evidence for economic policy formulation and policy research development. EPRN therefore responds to economic policy gaps created mainly by lack of quality and informative research and the challenge of human capacity in terms of limited numbers of economic researchers and active involvement.
Membership is open to researchers, academicians, policy makers in the government institutions, private sector members and development partners.

Introduction
The Institute of Certified Chartered Economists –ICCE, is a professional body for economists providing the Chartered Economist designation globally. The Institute is headquartered in Boston, MA, USA.
The Economic Policy Research Network -EPRN is a member-based Research and Training Institution formally registered in 2018. EPRN is a Non-Governmental Organization registered with the Rwanda Governance Board (Registration No 403/RGB/NGO/LP/2018), whose principal place of business is at KK 737 St, Kigali Rwanda.
Based on the MoU signed between by the two institutions on June 09th 2022; EPRN is pleased to announce this call for registration to interested experts to register to one or more ‘certified’ trainings as follows:

Certificate
Successful trainees (minimum 60%) will get an ICCE International Certified Certificate. After-training the test is mandatory.
Timeline
Registration is open from July 13th 2022 until August 12th 2022. Trainees will be notified on dates of a specific training scheduled between September and December 2022.
Each course will last 60 hours and training period will be evenings and weekends.

Training fee per course
• Application fee: free
• Training fee: 250 000 RWF per course per individual
• For Institutions with more than 10 participants the training fees is 200 000 RWF per person

Application Process
Interested candidates are requested to apply by sending a letter to the Executive Director of EPRN indicating the course (s) of interest; 1-page motivation note, detailed CV and a copy of the highest degree.
