CALL FOR CONSULTANCY OFFER TO CONDUCT HOUSEHOLDS GENDER ANALYSIS IN FH AREA OF OPERATION

FH Association Rwanda (Food for the Hungry) is an International Christian Relief and Development organization with a value proposition “We design, develop, and deliver catalytic solutions that build resilience so that children, families, and communities can flourish”. FH Rwanda has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda operates in Kamonyi, Ruhango, Muhanga, Gatsibo, Nyagatare, Ngororero and Karongi districts. Our Head Office is located at Umuyenzi Plazza, 2^nd Floor, Kisimenti – Remera. 

FH Rwanda has adopted an integrated programming model RFTS (Resilience and Flourishing through Systems Transformation) through 4 sectors: Livelihoods, Education, Health, and Disaster Risk Reduction. 

Food for the Hungry Rwanda is looking for a competent consultant firm to conduct gender analysis with in-depth knowledge of tools and processes, mainstreaming gender in multi sector national and international development programs and undertaking gender analysis in the rural livelihood, food security, health, and nutrition and WASH. This call for proposal is open on equal terms to all eligible and experienced consultant firms in Rwanda.

All those interested by this invitation are requested to collect the terms of reference at the headquarter office of Food for the Hungry/ Rwanda located at Umuyenzi Plaza, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City from 20^th November 2023 in working hours.

The offers well typed, appropriately bound technical proposal presented in One Original and Two copies and financial proposal presented in One Original and Two copies must reach in sealed envelopes to the aforesaid address no later than 8^th December 2023 at 10:30am local hour. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the meeting room of FH Association Rwanda.

FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate.
