CSOs and PPs Verification and Authentication Specialist
Level:3.II
Job description
• Participate in the registration process of NGOs, FBOs, INGOs & POs ensuring that Laws are respected
• Act as the notary in the process of registration of NGOs, FBOs, INGOs & POs
• Review the application documents to ensure that they meet the legal requirements before they are approved
• Participate in the monitoring of NGOs, FBOs, INGOs & POs to assess their eligibility for registration
• Monitoring the compliance of NGOs, FBOs, INGOs & POs to the Law
• Support the RGB interpret the laws related to NGOs, FBOs, INGOs & POs
• Ensure the PPs, NGOs and FBOs statutes comply with the Law;

Minimum Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Law
1 Year of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Law
3 Years of relevant experience
