JOB DETAILS:
Summary
• We are looking for an individual who is keen on growing in the Business and Consulting industry. Someone who is interested in joining a young but growing business which has recently expanded their service offering in Rwanda. This individual has a key and very important role in our growing company and if successful in the position will contribute to the growth of the business and in turn grow with the business.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling & social networking
• Build and manage the sales funnel with the primary responsibility to find and close new sales
• Reach out to new potential leads through a variety of channels, such as but not limited to, email, Research online and offline possible leads and record them on the CRM
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and listen to their requirements &
• Prepare and deliver appropriate quotes & Proposals on the provided services,
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections,
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Achieve monthly
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Daily Follow up on sent-out quotations and
• Weekly Reach out & communicate offers & discounts to existing clients & potential leads through the channels
• Identify client’s unique needs & estimate
• Have the ability to advise clients’ on their needs and what we can offer them based on

their needs.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, including lead generation, qualification, and close
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams members to ensure the services provided meet client needs and expectations
• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Undertake general administration duties as may be required from time to time ∙
• Accomplish assignments to the satisfaction of management and to the firm’s standards ∙
• Any other cognate duties may be assigned by the Director and manager of the department and

Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience and track record as a BDM, sales executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills
• Research and analytical skills
• Strategic thinking
• Persistent and charismatic
• An in-depth understanding of the sales lifecycle

Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, marketing, or related
• 1 year experience in Sales, Marketing, or related
• Experience in customer support, Basic accounting skills, Basic administrative skills is a plus
