TENDER NOTICE

BUILDING FENCES AND PATHWAYS FOR 6 COMMUNITY BASED ECDs IN GATSIBO AND KAYONZA DISTRICTS 

 N^O: 083/AEE/PROC.LOG.BMZ/KNH/03/2024 

AEE-Rwanda is implementing the Project 67009 - Enhancing Access to inclusive Early Childhood and Development, EG 5204- co-funded by KNH and BMZ. The project aims to ensure that children under the age of six, including children with special needs (including disabilities), can realize their right to individual development opportunities through a coordinated, inclusive approach to promoting early childhood development by public and private duty bearers, with the outcome that both public and private duty bearers see the importance of inclusive early childhood development services and accordingly increase investment in this area and improve the quality of care. 

It is in this context that AEE-Rwanda is looking for potential and qualified companies/bidders to build fences and pathways for 6 community based ECDs in Gatsibo and Kayonza Districts. Those ECDs will be constructed in Gahini, Rukara and Ndego Sectors of Kayonza District and Muhura, Ngarama and Rwimbogo Sectors of Gatsibo District. 

The detailed Terms of Reference are found in the tender document which will be availed upon presentation of the payment slip of a non-refundable 10,000 RWF deposited on AEE-Rwanda Account Number 00040-00047325-22 RWF in Bank of Kigali. 

Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies (original and copy) should be submitted to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than March 21, 2024 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:20 am.  

Bids must include: Cover letter, Financial proposal and certificates of administrative documents (RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance), proof of EBM Usage, Performance letters/Letters of successful completion from three recognized companies/Organizations.
