• Job description

• Reporting to the Banana Program Coordinator Senior Principal Research, the Banana Innovation and Tec Transfer Research Technician Grade III has the following responsibilities
• Assist in conducting research activities related to trial establishment and monitoring, surveys, diagnostic, sampling and outreach
• Collect research data under supervision of scientists
• Write reports
• Deliver extension messages in the respective assigned area
• Prepare and disseminate training material, deliver training.
• Prepare data introduction, cleaning and verification after collection.
• Conduct field visits by requests from partners for any emergency problem;
• Report to the Head of Program through scientist or directly

Minimum Qualifications
o Advanced Diploma in Agriculture Sciences
5 Years of relevant experience
o Bachelor's Degree in Crop Science
5 Years of relevant experience
o Advanced Diploma in Crop Sciences
5 Years of relevant experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences
5 Years of relevant experience
o Bachelor's Degree in Plant Sciences
5 Years of relevant experience
o Advanced Diploma in Plant Sciences
5 Years of relevant experience
