Invitation to Participate in the auction
The Smart Africa Secretariat invites interested bidders to submit their offers for the Office partitions and Air conditioner units with the following specifications and quantities,
Total Partitions square meters: 274m²

1. 9 mm mdf used on Partitions and doors: 198m² but with difference sizes as per usage
2. 6 mm clear glass used on Partitions: 224m² with difference sizes as per usage
3. Aluminum profile linear meters: 528 lm

Samsung air conditioner cassette type 24 BTU (in good working conditions): 8pcs
1. Doors in mdf with aluminium flame: 15pcs (89cm*209cm)
12mm clear sliding glass doors with fittings: 4pcs (72cm*194cm)
1. 12mm toughened glass door with fittings: 2 (82*214cm)
2. Curtain blinds’ square meter: 100m² with different sizes according to the usage
3. Fording vertical blinds' square meters: 103m² with different sizes according to the usage.
4. Dissembled partitions and doors in the storage space at ground floor.
Samsung air conditioners cassette type, capacity: 24,000 BTU (in good working conditions): 8pcs
