ISSUED AGAINST TENDER No 82/RCL/04/2023-2024 for PROVISION OF SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE OF GENERATORS, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS&CONTROL PANEL AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS.
RE: EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE FOR BIDS SUBMISSION AND SITE VISIT

RwandAir catering ltd would like to inform you that after publication of the tender for provision of service and maintenance of generators, fire alarm system & control panel and electrical installations to RwandAir catering ltd mentioned above and after assessment of the requests from the bidders for the site visit and bids submission deadline; the site visit date deadline is extended to 15th May 2024.The site visit date time will be done same day at 11h00 am.
For the extension of bids submission deadline, the opening date is extended from 6th May 2024 to 30th May 2024 at 10:00am local time. The opening will be the same date at 10:30am local time.
Furthermore, all other information pertaining to the tender remains unchanged as announced before.
