ADDENDUM TO TENDER DOCUMENT AND DEADLINE SUBMISSION

Reference is made to the tender No. 07/G/NCB/2024-2025/KFHR related to the supply of dry foods and meat at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (KFH-R), advertised in Job in Rwanda on October 11^th, 2024, which was scheduled to be opened on November 1^st, 2024.

This serves to inform you that the tender for supply of meat is amended in the various lots, as shown below:

• Lot 1: Supply of Dry Foods , the bid security is 800,000 Rwf
• Lot 2: Supply of Beef Meat, the bid security is 800,000 Rwf
• Lot 3: Supply of chicken Meat, the bid security is 400,000 Rwf
• Lot 4: Supply of Fish Meat, the bid security is 400,000 Rwf

The bid security for chicken and fish is set at Four Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (400,000 Rwf) each lot.

The deadline for submission is extended to November 8, 2024.

Note: The submission, opening hours and other conditions remain unchanged.
