TENDER NOTICE (TN) / INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

TITLE OF THE TENDER: ACQUISITION OF VACUUM SEWER TRUCK FOR SEWAGE EMPTYING AND SEWER CLEANING

TENDER No:11.07.053/3964/G/NCB/24-25/PSCM-DSS-MD-GU/fn

1. The WASAC Utility LTD (hereinafter called "Client" funded by WASAC Utility Budget towards the cost of ACQUISITION OF VACUUM SEWER TRUCK FOR SEWAGE EMPTYING AND SEWER CLEANING. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding document is issued.

2. The WASAC Utility invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender for acquisition of vacuum sewer truck for sewage emptying and sewer cleaning as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

3. The tender documents can be obtained from the Purchase and supply chain management office at WASAC Utility Office, centenary house, P.O.BOX.2331 Kigali, Rwanda. Tel. +250788401152; E-mail: procurement@wasac.rw, upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10.000 FRW) on the Account No 100009564367 opened at the Bank of Kigali, Avenue de la Paix. P.O. Box 175 Kigali, Rwanda, Swift code: BKIGRWRW, e-mail: bk@bk.rw.

4. Tender Documents can be obtained on any working day from 28/10/2024.

5. All bids "shall" be accompanied by an original Bid Security from Bank or any other financial institution of Three Million Rwandan Francs (3,000,000Frw).

7. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies, one of which is the original must reach the address mentioned above not later than 18/11/2024 at 10:00 am Local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.

8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 18/11/2024 at 10:30 am Local time.

9. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
