JOB DETAILS:
1. The Ministry of Health (MoH) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for acquisition of laptop for State Minister as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
2. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from umucyo.gov.rw.
3. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health or through e-procurement.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders from the above-mentioned website with a payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Rwf). The payment is made at the Rwanda Revenue Authority Account opened at the following Commercial Bank in Rwanda namely: BK: 040-0315129-09, I&M BANK (BCR): 1000256542426, COGEBANK: 1390030469, KCB: 4400995410, BPR: 400372515718 of Rwanda Revenue Authority.
5. Well attached bids must be attached in umucyo.gov.rw Not later than 07/09/2020 at 10:00 am.
6. Bids will be opened in the system on the same day at 10:30 am.
Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the day of bid opening.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement. .
