3 Data Scientist Specialist
Level:3.II
Job description
• Work with GoR’s sectors to identify opportunities for leveraging existing data to drive business solutions.
• Mine and analyze data from GoR’s registries to drive optimization and improvement.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques across the GoR.
• Formulate and lead guided analytic studies against large volumes of data across the GoR.
• Interpret and analyze data using exploratory mathematic and statistical techniques based on the scientific method.
• Coordinates research and analytic activities utilizing various data points (unstructured and structured) and employ programming to clean, massage, and organize the data.
• Analyze data related problems and determine root causes.
• • Works closely with Business Intelligence Infrastructure Specialists and Business Analysts to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences
