Through the partnership between WFP and DUHAMIC-ADRI to implement “Sustainable Market Alliance and Asset Creation for Resilient Communities and Gender Transformation/SMART Project”, DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite all specialized companies operating in Rwanda in the sector of producing and commercializing plastic water tanks to supply 70 rain water harvesting tanks.

Those rain water harvesting plastic tanks to be procured and supplied shall comply with the following technical specification:
• Tank capacity: 1,000 liters
• Diameter: Not less than 100 centimeters;
• Height: Not less than 120 centimeters;
• The plastic tank will be supplied with the cover (opening lid).
The distribution will be done for the following locations :
District Sector Number of tanks Distribution site
Rutsiro Ruhango 35 Ruhango sector office
Kayonza Murama 35 Murama sector office
Total 70

This tender is open for all qualified bidders and shall comply the following tender requirement :
1. The bid offer shall contain the application letter addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI and Financial offer accompanied by the copy of company registration Certificate and proof to avail the electronically generated bill (EBM) for further payment;
2. The financial quotations shall include transport cost and other related charges including applicable taxes;
3. The bidder shall be ready for supply upon the issue of the purchase order.
The interested bidders will submit their offers well aligned with above tender requirements by Wednesday, 29th March 2023 at 2h00 PM at DUHAMIC-ADRI Head Office located in Kicukiro District. The public opening session is planned the same day at 2h15 PM in the same offices.
