TENDER NOTICE

Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc wishes to invite all interested bidders to submit closed envelopes for Deployment, Installation and Configuration of a system that manages Assets and stock stationeries of the Bank.

Interested bidders can obtain the terms and conditions of this tender at the Head Office of Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc, upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 10,000) payable on the account No. 00047920000 opened in the names of Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc. 

Closed envelopes containing detailed information and related prices shall be submitted at the reception desk of the Head Office located in CHIC Building ,2^nd floor no later than 12^th June 2023 at 2:00 PM. 

The public opening of bids will take place on 12^th June 2023 at 3:00 PM in the Bank’s meeting room in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
