PUBLIC TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT FOR OFFICE EQUIPMENTS (TABLES&CHAIRS) 

Through the collaboration between DUHAMIC-ADRI and USAID under the THRIVE Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) - Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe (DREAMS) Activity (ODA) - IGIRE-JYAMBERE program, as well as the partnership with the Mastercard Foundation in the Supporting and Enhancing Resilient and Viable Employment Opportunities (SERVE) project, DUHAMIC-ADRI extends an invitation to competent companies/firms interested in participating in the bidding process for the procurement of office equipment (tables and chairs, office cabinet board).

The proposed prices by each bidder should include all applicable taxes (taxes inclusive). Sealed bids must be submitted at DUHAMIC-ADRI not later than Tuesday,30^thMay 2023 at 10:00 AM. The public opening of the bids will take place on the same day, immediately after submission (Tuesday,30^th, 2023 10:00 AM). at the DUHAMIC-ADRI headquarters.

Detailed tender documents can be obtained free of charge from the DUHAMIC-ADRI Secretariat located in Kigali-Kicukiro-Niboye Sector starting from Thursday, May 25, 2023, during working hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
