250 Events Cloud Ltd started in 2019 with a mission to promote the Rwandan entertainment and tourism industry.

Using our web and mobile platform(250events.com), we operate as a service Partner to businesses that provide tourism, hospitality, and event-related services. Our small but growing team includes the brightest, most creative, and passionate thinkers and doers in the industry.

250 Events Cloud Ltd is looking for an outstanding content creator to join our team in Rwanda.

You will help to promote the attractions, hotels, thousands of events, and nationally recognized restaurants in Rwanda to foreigners and local visitors!

You will be requested to research, design, and write articles, press releases, projects, and social media updates in English every week on topics that will be briefly in advance

Jobs may include, but are not limited to:

Website and App Assistance

• Creation and maintenance of web content and social media posts
• Verifying and updating venue/event listings information
• Fact-checking web articles
• Researching and compiling new Things To Do information
• Attending meetings, knowledge exchanges, social events, and promoting engagements.
• Assisting with the creation of marketing content

Official Visitors Guide

• Develop email newsletter copy
• Fulfilling visitor and venue requests for publications
• Venue check-ins with area attractions, hotels, and restaurants to assess needs for additional collateral fulfillment

Criteria

• Native English speaker, excellent spelling and grammar(essential)
• Expert knowledge and passion for a large range of topics – tourism, hospitality, events, sports, and arts
• Having access to the internet and laptop
• Able to work from home or anywhere else
• A team player, smart, adapt well to change and have a positive attitude.
