Terms of Reference for the Supply of Iron Rich Beans and Vegetables Seeds
Inades-Formation Rwanda was created in 1976. It obtained legal personality by ministerial decree n ° 119 of August 22, 1977, revised by ministerial decree n ° 75/11 of April 18, 2006. Since May 29, 2013, Inades -Formation Rwanda has been officially recognized as a national NGO in accordance with Law No. 04/2012 of 02/17/2012 governing the creation and operation of NGOs in Rwanda and has received the official approval of " Rwanda Governance Board ”(RGB). Inades-Formation Rwanda belongs to a pan-African network, Inades-Formation, which is currently established in ten countries: Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Togo.

Introduction
Inades-Formation Rwanda launches a call for tenders for the supply of beans and vegetables seeds to the beneficiaries of the project "Socio-economic empowerment of poor families by increasing agricultural productivity and community microfinance in the district
of Huye" under the financial support by RGB-UNDP. Those seeds will be granted
to the beneficiaries of the said project located in the district of Huye in the sectors of Huye and Mbazi and they will be used to:
1. Support for 67 beans demonstration plots installation
2. Support 67 Farmer field schools to get agriculture inputs for kitchen garden (Ammarantus, carot, nonion)

The language to be used in correspondence relating to this market is either Kinyarwanda, English or French.

Conditions Of Submission
• Be an agricultural input sales company registered by RDB;
• Be able to provide the EBM invoice.

Submission Documents:
Tender documents must include:
1. A registration certificate issued by RDB;
2. A certificate of non-debt issued by RRA
3. Proforma invoice indicating the price per kilo and the total price for each type of seed;


Deadline For Submission Of Tender Documents
All suppliers (improved seed traders, companies and individuals) with experience in the delivery of these agriculture inputs are invited to present under closed cover the required documents not later than August 19, 2022, at 3:00 pm to the office of Inades-Formation Rwanda located in Remera at near the Christus center. The opening will be made at 4:00 pm in the meeting room of Inades-Formation Rwanda, in the presence of the tenderers who want it or their representatives.
