Tender For Supply Of Twenty (20) Smart Phones
TENDER Number: 09 /IFR / 2022
1. Inades-Formation Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) was recruited as an implementing partner of CONSEIL DE CONCERTATION DES ORGANISATIONS D’APPUI AUX INITIATIVES DE BASE (CCOAIB) a national umbrella of local NGOs in development
for the execution of the project entitled “Rwandan CSOs engage in Climate Resilient agriculture and sustainable energy initiatives (CRA Project)” in Kigarama and Nyamugari sectors of KIREHE district. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
Under the funds of the E.U funded project called “Rwandan CSOs engage in Climate Resilient agriculture and sustainable energy initiatives (CRA Project)” Inades-Formation Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the SUPPLY OF TUENTY (20) SMART PHONES that must be distributed to the beneficiaries of the project.
2. Tender Document in English may be obtained from Inades-Formation Rwanda head office located at Remera in Gasabo District behind Remera Main Buses Park, about 1km from
the International Airport of Kigali, close to “Centre Christus” upon presentation of proof
of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 FRW to the Account N° 00040-0002903-26 opened at Bank of Kigali.
3. Tender Document may be obtained on any working day from 15th December 2022, 08:00 AM
at Inades-Formation Rwanda Secretariat

Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend
at Inades-Formation Rwanda head office on 13th, January 2023 at 10:30 AM.
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title, bidder name and email
for notification purpose.
