NUDOR is a civil society organization established in 2010 by eight national organizations of persons with disabilities. NUDOR exists to strengthen the voice of the disability movement in Rwanda. Together NUDOR and its members are working so that persons with disabilities can enjoy the equal rights to which they are entitled.
NUDOR’s vision is a society where people with a disability enjoy the same human rights and opportunities as other citizens. Its mission is to serve as a platform for organizations of People with Disabilities, to share their experiences, to express their views and to support them in strengthening their capacities and achievements.

The National Union of Disability Organizations of Rwanda (NUDOR) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by its ordinary budget towards the cost of:

The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
1. NUDOR invites eligible bidders to submit bids as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
2. Tender Documents in both French and English may be obtained from the headquarters, KICUKIRO DISTRICT, NIBOYE SECTOR, NIBOYE CELL, MUNINI VILLAGE, in front of SIMBA SUPER MARKET, building KK21Ave,nearby Kicukiro Catholic Church
3. Eligible bidders must present proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs only (frw 10,000) to Account N° 000410048747733 of NUDOR opened at Bank of Kigali.
4. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 8:00 AM up 5:00 PM from March 8, 2023 at NUDOR Office.

Submission Procedure
5. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the following email address : info@nudor.org
6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies, one of which is the original must reach at NUDOR Office
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
8. The deadline of submission must not later than March 20, 2023 at 12:30. Late bids will not be received.
9. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at NUDOR meeting room at 20th March, 2023 at 12:30.
10. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement.
