RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for supply of beverages for RwandAir; tender documents must be in English and obtained electronically from RwandAir Procurement office upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of fifteen Thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 15,000) to account n°010-5003664-01-74 at I &M bank opened in the name of RwandAir.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically on any working day from August 10th, 2022 from 8:00am to 17:00pm local time.

Submission Procedure
Inquiries regarding this tender may be addressed on e-mailed to procurement@rwandair.com.
Well scanned bids, properly bound and presented in one file must be sent to the above mentioned e-mail no later than September 12th, 2022 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected.
There will be no public opening due to COVID-19 pandemic. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with RwandAir Procurement Policy in place and where necessary Law N° 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement.
RwandAir however reserves the right to cancel this tender at any time before a contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
