Kepler is looking for qualified and eligible suppliers to bid for works of soundproofing its auditorium in accordance with the requirements specified in the attached Request for Quotation document underneath this notice. The project location is Kepler Kigali Campus located in Kinyinya Sector, Murama Cell, Rusenyi Village on KG 29 Ave No. 16.

Site visits are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Kigali time starting from the publication date of this tender. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each bidder are permitted to attend the site visit. Interested bidders are advised to visit the site but it is optional.
Well bound and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one copy marked “Original” and another copy marked "Copy" of the bids must be presented to Kepler Reception Office located in Kinyinya Sector on KG 29 Ave No. 16 not later than, Thursday, February 23, 2022 at 2:30 PM Kigali Time. Late bids shall be rejected.
The opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 3:00 PM Local time in Kepler Campus Boardroom in the presence of bidders who will choose to attend the opening session.
Kepler reserves the right to cancel this tender any time before a contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
