Request for proposals "2024/12/LOG/013 of Implementation of a Cheque Processing System for Urwego Finance CBC

As part of Urwego Finance's strategy of extending its reach to all its stakeholders, improving its productivity, and providing a better quality of service; Urwego Finance is seeking an eligible Consultancy to design, develop, and implement its Cheque Processing System.

(i) Specification of services to be offered

The bank would like to request the following from the service provider:

• A proposal that includes both technical and financial documents in separate sealed envelopes that indicate the Tender name and Title as follows: “IMPLEMENTATION OF A CHEQUE PROCESSING SYSTEM”.

(ii) Administrative documents

• Certificate of incorporation issued by RDB showing that the prospective bidder is in the field tying with this present tender. Bids which are not in this service domain would be rejected.
• VAT certificate
• Valid Tax clearance
• 2 completion certificates
