JOB DETAILS:
Psychosocial Care Senior Officer
Level:4.II
Job description
• -Provide counseling trainings and support PLWH
• -Participate in development of tools and guidelines related to HIV psychological support
• -Support health care providers and psychosocial workers at facility level through refresh trainings,mentoring visits, tools and online work
• -Handle difficult psychological cases from different facilities
• -Participate in strategic and operational planning for the unit and guide psychological areas accordingly
• Fully participation in global care and treatment activities within HIV Division/IHDPC
• Participate in clinical research activities in HIV Division/IHPDC and partners research institutions
• Participate in the development of training curricula and other manuals and protocols for the comprehensive care of HIV+ patients
