Tender title: Provision of Cleaning Services to King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda
Tender Ref No: 19/SG/ NCB /22/KFH.
King Faisal Hospital Kigali (KFH, R) now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit their proposals for the Provision of cleaning services to King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda as indicated in detail in the Schedule of Requirements and Terms of reference.
1. Tender Documents may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:00am to 04:30 PM, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No. 00289-06969456-38 opened at Bank of Kigali.
2. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 1,500,000 Rwf duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized BANK or Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
3. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies interested in this tender and a compulsory site visit shall be conducted on 30th September 2022 at 10:30am at King Faisal Hospital Premises.
