JOB DETAILS:
Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Provide first-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware/software, audiovisual, and connectivity issues.
2. Install and maintain operating systems and application software.
3. Upgrade and maintain computer hardware.
4. Create and maintain operational, system, and user documentation.
5. Assist in maintaining IT equipment and the NFPO website, as well as those of political parties' members.
6. Advise on purchasing hardware, software, and consumables following NFPO administrative and financial procedures.
7. Provide technical support for ICT training and web administration for political parties' members of the NFPO.
8. Maintain all NFPO computers.
9. Protect NFPO data from external threats.
10. Provide IT support for meetings and workshops.
11. Produce the NFPO Monthly Newsletter.
12. Manage the NFPO documentation center.
13. Develop, write, and edit communication materials (press releases, social media content, etc.) for publication.
14. Promote communication materials through social media.
15. Ensure alignment of communication materials with NFPO’s mission and vision.
16. Maintain digital media archives, including photos and videos.

Minimum Qualifications and Key Competencies:
A. Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in:
o Computer Science
o Software Engineering
o Computer Engineering
o Information Management Systems
o Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

B. Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Knowledge of ICT policies and strategies
• Understanding of computer systems, applications, and operating systems
• Proficiency in office software applications
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
• Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Public relations and public speaking skills
• Creativity and initiative
• Interviewing skills
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English, and/or French (knowledge of all is advantageous)
