EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR REGULAR MAINTENANCE FOR COMMERCIAL FREEZERS, REFRIGERATORS, AND HVAC SYSTEM AT RICA CAMPUS.

Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (RICA), Located at Gashora - Bugesera, is seeking a qualified private sector partner to maintain regularly commercial freezers, refrigerators, and HVAC.

THE SCOPE OF WORK:

• Regularly maintain 10AC, 8Cold rooms, 45Fan/Extractor systems, 3Freezers, 2Refrigerators and 3HVACs system.
• Recommend to RICA if any spare part is needed.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR BIDDERS

To become eligible, each bidder must satisfy the following:

• Certificate of Incorporation and legal status.
• VAT Registration.
• CVs of proposed key personnel on the project.
• Certificate of at least 2 similar works completed in previous years.
• Evidence of tax clearance from RRA
• Preliminary work program proposal.

The shortlisted bidders from the EOI will be invited to submit their request for proposals through Tender process.
