JOB DETAILS:
• Knowledge in the Rwanda Infrastructure Sector;
• Knowledge in infrastructure technologies;
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of urban planning and policy-making;
• Knowledge of Hospital infrastructure 1?_lanning and design;
• Understanding of Civil engineering and physical designs; Understanding of hospital design and patient flow; Knowledge of standards required to preserve the Master Plan;
• Demonstrated expertise across operations, engineering, and architecture; Knowledge in identifying potential sites for development;
• Knowledge of infrastructure deployment, testing and deployment processes; Knowledge of CAD, computer assisted drawing, is an added value
